Two established programs unified into one engaged system

Nearpod and Flocabulary each had a beloved ambassador program — the PioNears and the Flocab Squad — with overlapping members and confusingly different perks. After Nearpod acquired Flocabulary, merging them risked alienating the educators who made them work in the first place. The program also needed real day-to-day rituals, not just a badge and a welcome email.
