For more than a decade, I've helped organizations turn customers into champions and programs into movements. My work sits at the intersection of community, brand, and product adoption — the place where storytelling becomes strategy.
I've built ambassador programs from scratch, scaled events that drove millions in pipeline, and owned the narrative through hypergrowth, a pandemic, and two acquisitions. Across all of it, the through-line is the same: make people feel seen, useful, and part of something bigger.
I'm based in the U.S., have spent most of my career in edtech and SaaS, and care a lot about the difference between a community that exists and a community that belongs to its members.
