What it's like to work together.

Lindsay pulls the positive from everything and very much has a 'bring it on' attitude. I've never seen her drag her feet when it came to adapting to change. Given her resourcefulness and intelligence, she pivots like a champ — including taking on challenges that draw on diverse skillsets and require her to do things she had never done before.

In a matter of months, she rolled out participation tiers, KPIs, a rolling admission process, and secured two of our community members to speak at the biggest (and most competitive) trade show in the industry. Hiring Lindsay was one of the best decisions our team made.

I've worked with Lindsay for the past several years on community building and engagement. An area that sticks out is her focus on creating productive, positive spaces that highlight successes and promote continued learning.
